摘  要:针对酒钢镜铁矿矿物组成复杂及结晶粒度较细特点,通过将100 m^3鞍山式竖炉还原煤气量从2 000~2 200m^3/h降低到1 000~1 200 m^3/h、加热煤气量从3 700~3 800 m^3/h提高到4 200 m^3/h左右、助燃空气量从3 000~3200 m^3/h提高到4 200 m^3/h左右,使铁矿石还原温度由450~550℃提高到500~650℃,铁矿石焙烧质量得到提高,竖炉产能提高10%以上,竖炉排出废气中CO含量由优化前11.4%降低到优化后3.0%左右。The paper aimed at JISCO Jingtieshan ore characteristics of complex composition and fine crystalline grain size, by the way of reducing the shaft furnace reducing gas volume from 2 000- 2 200 m^3/h to 1 000- 1 200 m^3/h, increasing the heating gas volume from 3 700 - 3 800 m^3/h to about 4 200 m^3/h, combustion-supporting air volume from 3 000- 3 200 m^3/h to 4 200 m^3/h, and the iron ore reduction temperature from 450- 550 ℃ to 500 - 650℃, the roasting quality of the iron ore was improved, the capacity of the shaft furnace was improved by more than 10%, the CO content in exhaust gas was decreased from 11.4% to about 3.0% after optimization.
