摘　　要：以酒钢铁路运输为例,对照近年来铁路运输总量发生的变化,详细解读了酒钢集团铁路运输发生的变化,从管理、技术创新等方面阐述了铁路运输跨越式发展的几点做法,正因如此,酒钢集团实现了铁路运输总量质的飞跃。As an example of Gansu Jiuquan iron and steel co. ltd. railway transport, this paper compared with the recent years＇ changes in the total amount of railway transport , and explained the transport changes in detail, than this paper elaborates some methods of the railway transport leap-forward development from the management, technological innovation and other aspects. With these changes, Gansu Jiuquan iron and steel co. ltd. achieved a qualitative leap in the total amount of railway transport.
