摘 要:对建筑工程管理中BIM和RFID应用影响因素进行分析,同时考虑到各影响因素具有判断过程模糊与重要性差别较小的特点,本文采用基于模糊层次分析法的评价方法。首先,将BIM和RFID应用影响因素划分为经济、技术、组织及环境因素4个相对独立的准则层,并在准则层下建立了15项方案层。然后,采用0.1~0.9标度法得到模糊互补判断矩阵与特征矩阵,在计算两矩阵间相容性的基础上判断权重分配是否合理。最后,通过计算方案层各影响因素综合权重将各因素划分为4个层级。研究表明,在准则层中技术因素所占权重值最大,在方案层中相对现有技术优势与经济效益状况属于一级影响因素,因此,在建筑工程管理信息化中,应着重从应用BIM与RFID带来的经济效益及其与其他信息化技术相比所具有的优势出发,使两者更有效地服务于建筑工程管理信息化发展。In order to accurately analyze the influencing factors of BIM and RFID application in building engineering management, each factor is taken into account because they have fuzzy judgement process and less importance difference. In the paper the evaluation method which is based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used. First, the influencing factors of BIM and RFID are divided into four relatively independent criteria: economic, technological, organizational and environmental factors. Fifteen program levels under the guidelines level are set up. Then, the fuzzy complementary judgement matrix and the characteristic matrix are obtained by using the 0. 1 - O. 9 scaling method. Based on the compatibility between two matrixes, it is determined whether the weight allocation is reasonable. Finally, the factors can be divided into four levels by calculating the comprehensive weight vector of each factor in the program layer. Result shows that the proportion of the maximum value in technology in criterion layer factors is big, which belongs to the first level in- fluence factors in scheme layer relative to the existing technical advantages and economic benefits in China. Therefore, the development of information technology in construction project management should focus on the application of BIM and RFID and the economic bene- fits of BIM and RFID compared with other information technology.
