政德建设从“廉”破题

摘　　要：政德建设属于政治、行政、职业和经济伦理的交叉领域,也是大德、公德和私德研究的重要内容。"廉"不仅是为政之德,而且是标本兼治的基本德性,廉以为官为政,是以廉以修身、廉以齐家为根基和涵养并一以贯之的;也因此,从"廉"破题,以"廉"标本兼治,并非只具有惩治的意义,更是政德建设之本和应有之义。The construction of a"clean and upright"political ecology could be attributed to the interdisciplinary subjects of politics,administration,profession and economic ethics,as well as the essential topics concerning researches on great virtue,public morality and private morality.Being"honest and upright"is not only equal to political morality,but also the fundamental morality for resolving current problems and eliminating their root causes.Being"honest and upright"is the prerequisite for officials,the fundamental discipline for self-cultivation,self-restraint and family rule,and the constant conservation.Hence,cultivating"clean and upright"officials,resolving current problems,and eliminating their root causes is not punitive but fundamental and intrinsic to the construction of a"clean and upright"political ecology.
