摘 要:基于国家节能减排、装配化、绿色建筑的要求,以及基于结构体系优越性的力学本质应变能,提出一种多高层钢结构新型体系——框架-网格墙结构体系。通过算例对比现有结构体系,新型结构体系的刚重比最大,即结构性能最佳。阐述新型结构体系的建筑性能,包括建筑功能与建筑效果。对该新型结构体系的装配化设计采用示意图的形式加以说明,将防屈曲支撑运用于结构体系中。Based on the national requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction,assemblage and green building,and also based on the strain energy which is the mechanics essence of the structure system superiority,a new system of multi-story steel strcuture—framework-lattice structure system was put forward. Through calculation example and comparison with the existing structure,the ratio of rigidity-to-gravity for the new type of the structure is the biggest,that is,the structure performance is the best. The building performances of the new type of the structure system including building function and building effect were described. The assemblage design of the new type of the structure system was illustrated by adopting schematic diagrams,and the buckling-restrained brace was used in the structure system.
