摘　　要：针对PVC装置生产技术的改进和完善在线监测的要求,对PVC生产装置的中和塔换碱、清净系统和次氯酸钠配置、机封水回收等操作实现自动化改造,并且从重大危险源的安全措施改进方面增加了事故注水。In order to improve the production technology of PVC devices and improve the requirements of online monitoring, we are improved Neutralizing tower exchange alkali solution, cleaning system, sodium hypochlorite configuration, and machine sealing water of PVC devices now. In addition, accident water injection has been increased from the improvement of safety measures for major risk sources.
