摘　　要：介绍了离子膜烧碱生产过程中产生的废硫酸在清洁生产、循环经济发展中所产生的环保问题,通过大量实验,设计出产品指标满足下游市场需求的一套废硫酸真空脱氯专用装置,投用运行成功,实现了清洁生产、变废为宝,解决了氯碱行业中废硫酸排放及消纳处置的问题,可显著提升企业的经济效益、环保效益,对氯碱企业的循环经济、资源综合利用将有重要的意义。This article introduced the environmental protection issues arising from the production of spent sulfuric acid in the production of ionic-membrane caustic soda in clean production and recycling economy. Through a large number of experiments, our company designed a set of waste sulfuric acid for vacuum dechlorination that meets the requirements of the downstream market. The installation and operation of the plant were successful. Achieved clean production, turned waste into treasure, and solved waste sulfuric acid emissions in the chlor-alkali industry. The problem of dissipating and disposing can significantly improve the economic and environmental benefits of enterprises, and will be of great significance for the recycling economy and comprehensive utilization of resources of chlor-alkali enterprises.
