摘 要:本文介绍了在金川Ni-Cu选厂开展的以提高浮选回路冶金性能为目标的现代化升级改造项目。项目范围包括有FloatForce?搅拌技术和先进工艺控制,控制包括充气和液位上算法的调控以利于泡沫溢流顺利进入收集溜槽。开展了性能追踪以评估升级改造的结果。同步在两条平行生产线,即进行了升级改在和没有进行的中间,分别在改造的前后取了大量的样品。对比于没有改造的平行生产线,回路有1.9%镍回收率和2.1%铜回收率的冶金性能提高。更换搅拌机构后实现节能8%,且截至目前,机构磨损寿命已经是原来部件的150%,并仍在不断增加中。A modernization project at Jinchuan Ni-Cu concentrator plant aimed to improve metallurgical performance in the flotation circuit is introduced. The installation of FloatForce mixing technology in combination with advanced process control, where both air and level are algorithmically manipulatyd to control froth overflow into the launder. A performance evaluation trial was set up to evaluate the results of the modifications. Samples were taken prior and after the modification from both the line with cells to be retrofitted as well as the parallel line without any modifications. A significant performance improvement was recorded with increase of 1.9% in nickel recovery and 2.1% in copper recovery compared, to the parallel flotation line, where no modifications were made. Power savings of 8% were achieved by changnng the mixing technology and to date the mechanisms last 150% of the original wear life, and still increasing, compared to the previous technology.
