摘 要:采用一步水热法制备BaTiO_3/石墨烯复合光催化材料.使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、激光拉曼光谱仪、冷场发射式扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)等对样品进行表征.以亚甲基蓝(MB)为目标降解物,分别以BaTiO_3,BaTiO_3/石墨烯复合材料为光催化剂,研究可见光辐射下其光催化性能.结果表明,BaTiO_3/石墨烯复合材料对MB的降解率明显优于BaTiO_3,经过180 min光照后,降解效率可达93.2%.The photocatalytic composites of BaTiO3/graphene were synthesized using one-step hydrothermal method.The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),laser Raman spectrometer,field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis).The photocatalytic properties of BaTiO3 and the BaTiO3/graphene composites were investigated using the degradation of the methylene blue as target.The experimental results revealed that the BaTiO3/graphene composites showed significantly enhanced photocatalytic activity compared with BaTiO3.The degradation rate of BaTiO3/graphene was 93.2%after irradiation for three hours.
