摘　　要：论文从生态资本视角对少数民族特色村寨建设进行了研究。首先从生态环境对民族文化发展、生态环境和生态资本运营对少数民族特色村寨建设的作用机理进行了阐述,然后从生态资本价值意识、生态资本投资主体、生态资源产权等方面归纳了少数民族特色村寨建设中的生态困境,最后提出了强化生态资本意识、明晰生态资源产权和完善生态补偿机制等政策选择。This paper studies the construction of ethnic characteristic villages from the perspective of ecological capital.Firstly,this paper elaborates on the mechanism of the ecological environment to the development of ethnic culture,the ecological environment and the ecological capital operation to the ethnic characteristic villages construction.Secondly,this paper summarizes the ecological dilemma in the ethnic characteristic villages construction from five aspects.For example,ecological capital value consciousness,ecological capital investment subject,ecological resources property rights.Finally,this paper put forward five policy options such as strengthening awareness of ecological capital,clarifying property rights of ecological resources and perfecting ecological compensation mechanism.
