半城市化地区存量更新的演化特征、困境及策略--基于佛山南海区“三旧”改造实践

摘　　要：当前,存量更新成为半城市化地区空间修补和提升的重要途径。具有广东地方特色的城市更新——"三旧"改造已经开展了近10年,在城市发展转型和"城市双修"方面取得了极大的突破和改善。以南海区"三旧"改造实践为例,建立"三旧"改造数据库,从时空维度进行系统梳理,分析"三旧"改造实施的现状格局和演化特征,并通过深入调研发现改造中存在的问题和困境。最后,在此基础上提出对策。Built-environment regeneration has become an important approach in spatial repair and upgrade of peri-urban areas now. While the specialized urban regeneration method embedded in Guangdong： ＂San-jiu＂ reconstruction has been carried out for nearly 10 years, it has made great improvements and breakthroughs in transformation of urban development and ＂ecological restoration and urban renovation＂. By taking Nanhai district as an example, this paper establishes a database of ＂San-jiu＂ reconstruction and analyzes the present situation and evolution characteristics from the time and spatial dimension. Finally, it tries to find out problems and difficulties in the process through investigation and put forward some strategies accordingly.
