摘  要:脱氢型苦参碱类生物碱(槐果碱、氧化槐果碱、槐胺碱)对各种急慢性炎症(包括免疫性和非免疫性炎症)均有抗炎作用,对体液免疫和细胞免疫均有抑制作用。脱氢型苦参碱类生物碱通过下调把关受体-4、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶表达,抑制细胞外信号调节激酶1/2的磷酸化,抑制炎性细胞因子(如白介素、肿瘤坏死因子、抗体等)以及白介素受体的表达产生抗炎作用。脱氢型苦参碱类生物碱还可通过抑制环氧化酶表达和活性抑制炎症介质前列腺素生物合成以及抑制花生四烯酸转化成白三烯,产生抗炎作用。综述脱氢型苦参碱类生物碱抗炎和免疫抑制作用的文献,对其研究进展做了分析。Dehydrogenated matrine-type alkaloids(sophocarpine, oxysophocarpine and sophoramine) have anti-inflammatory effects against various acute and chronic inflammation(including immune and non-immune inflammation).Dehydrogenated matrine-type alkaloids have inhibition against humoral immunity and cellular immunity. The anti-inflammatory effects of dehydrogenated matrine-type alkaloids are produced by down-regulating the expression of TLR4 and MAPK, inhibiting the phosphorylation of ERK 1/2 to decrease the expression of inflammatory cytokines(including interleukins, tumor necrosis factor-α, antibody), and interleukin receptors, and by down-regulating the expression and activity of cycloxygenase to decrease prostaglandin biosynthesis, and inhibiting arachidonic acid transformation to leukotriene. The literatures on anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects of dehydrogenated matrine alkaloids are reviewed, and Its research progress is analyzed.
