火针疗法配合中药汤剂对中医血虚风燥型患者神经性皮炎的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价火针疗法配合中药汤剂对中医血虚风燥型患者神经性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取收治的中医辨证为血虚风燥型神经性皮炎患者100例资料,将其随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例);治疗组患者给予火针疗法配合中药汤剂治疗,对照组患者给予西替利嗪片口服与卤米松乳膏外用治疗;治疗1疗程后评价两组患者的临床疗效与安全性差异。结果:治疗组患者治疗后的总有效率为90.00%明显高于对照组为78.00%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应的发生率经组间比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用火针疗法配合中药汤剂治疗血虚风燥型患者神经性皮炎的疗效较单纯西药疗效更佳,且安全性较高。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture combined with decoction of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） in neurodermatitis patients with blood deficiency and wind dry type. Methods： One hundred patients with syndrome differentiation of blood deficiency and dryness were divided into 2 groups randomly. The treatment group（50 cases） was treated with fire needle and TCM. The control group（50 cases） was treated with cetirizine tablets orally plus halomethasone cream topical treatment; 1 course of treatment 30 d. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were evaluated after 1 course of treatment. Results： The total effective rate of fire needle combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than that of western medicine group（78.00% of cetirizine tablets and halometasone cream）. The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;in the treatment group adverse reactions not obviously occurred. One patient in the control group had gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion： Fire-needle combined with Chinese medicine treatment of blood deficiency and wind-drying neurodermatitis（blood deficiency syndrome） is more effective than Western medicine alone; it has fewer adverse reactions,and its security is higher.
