摘  要:研究目的:通过介绍江汉六桥索塔钢-混凝土结合段静力模型制作、加载过程和试验结果,总结静力试验模型的设计要点,找出悬索桥索塔钢-混凝土结合段设计的薄弱环节。研究结论:(1)为保证模型试验结果的准确性,应根据第三相似定理,严格按照刚度相似、边界条件相似、荷载相似原则设计静力试验模型;(2)确定合理的模型缩尺比例应统筹考虑模型制作和模型加载的便利性;(3)悬索桥索塔钢-混凝土结合部位在承受钢塔柱传递的大吨位集中荷载时,混凝土顶面产生较大的横向拉应力,设计需高度重视结合部位混凝土抗裂构造措施,如加大钢塔柱下垫板厚度和面积,加强结合部位混凝土构造钢筋布置等;(4)为抵抗施工阶段中部分塔柱产生的拉力、加强钢塔柱与混凝土塔柱连接而采取的张拉预应力粗钢筋措施,实质上进一步加大了结合部位混凝土顶面拉应力,不利于混凝土抗裂设计;建议采取非预应力张拉下的抗拔措施;(5)本研究成果可为类似混合结构的静力试验模型设计及悬索桥索塔钢-混凝土结合段设计提供借鉴价值。Research purposes: Based on the introduction of the constructing and loading process and test results of the static model of steel-concrete composite sections in the main tower of Wuhan No. 6 Hanshui River Bridge,this paper sums up the design essentials of static test models and finds out the weak elements of steel-concrete composite section designs in the main tower.Research conclusions:( 1) To ensure the accuracy of model tests data,researchers should follow the third similarity theorem and design the static test models by strictly complying with the similarity of stiffness,the similarity of boundary conditions and the load similarity.( 2) The facilitation of model constructions and loads should be considered in determining the reasonable models scale proportion.( 3) When the large tonnage concentrated load transmitted by steel tower columns is subjected to steel-concrete composite sections of the main tower,the bigger transverse tensile stress occurs at the concrete surface,to which great attention should be attached in the concrete crack-resistant structural measures design of the steel-concrete composite section,such as enlarging the thickness and area of the plates under the steel tower columns and strengthening concrete structure reinforcement arrangements of composite sections.( 4) The uplift pattern under non-prestressed tension is recommended,since the pattern of prestressed tension thick steel bars which resists the tension produced by some tower columns during the construction and strengthens the connection between the steel tower columns and concrete tower columns,in fact,further enlarges the tensile stresses of steel-concrete composite section.( 5) The research result provides referential value for the designs of static test models and steel-concrete composite sections in the main tower of suspension bridges.
