摘　　要：目的构建灾害救护手术室梯队,探讨救援物资及梯队管理方法及效果。方法通过构建外派救护梯队、院内急救梯队和标准化配备救援物资,收集外派救援数据和院内急救模拟演练数据并进行效果评价。结果外派救护梯队构建后,数据指标优于构建前,院内急救模拟演练实战组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论灾害救护手术室梯队构建有利于建立有序的灾害救护体系,制订救援预案,实施有效救护。科学的管理与严格的培训是救护体系有效运行的关键。Objective To construct operating room echelon for disaster recue,and to ex- plore rescue materials and echelon management methods and evaluate the effectiveness. Methods Through the establishment of expatriate rescue echelon,hospital first aid echelon ,and standardization of the rescue materials, data of the outside rescue and hospital first aid simulation training were collected and the re- sults were evaluated. Results After the formation of the echelon,data of expatriate rescue echelon were better than that those before the establishment,and the group for hospital first aid simulation was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The construction of operating room echelon for disaster reeue is conducive to the es- tablishment of an organized disaster rescue system,and the formulation of the rescue plan to implement effective rescue. Scientific management and strict training are the keys to the effective operation of the rescue system.
