摘 要:目的:采用陶瓷膜分离技术,提高古汉养生精口服液的品质。方法:以淫羊藿苷转移率为指标,通过对膜孔径、压力、温度进行正交实验,考察陶瓷膜超滤工艺应用于古汉养生精口服液的可行性。结果:古汉养生精口服液的陶瓷膜分离的最佳工艺参数:膜孔径为500 nm、压力为0.1 MPa、温度为30℃。结论:比传统醇沉工艺,陶瓷膜分离技术能够提高有效成分的转移率,澄明度好,生产成本低。Objective: To improve the quality of Guhan Yangshengjing oral liquid by ceramic membrane separation technology. Methods: With the transfer rate of icariin as an index, the feasibility of applying ceramic membrane ultrafiltration technology to Guhan Yangshengjing oral liquid was investigated by orthogonal experiment on membrane pore size, pressure and temperature. Result: The optimum process were as follows: membrance pore size of 500 nm, ultrafiltration pressure was 0.1 MPa, and ultrafiltrate temperature was 30 ℃. Conclusion:Compared with the traditional alcohol precipitation process, ceramic membrane technology can improve the transfer rate of effective components, with good clarity and low production cost.
