血水草中生物碱的分离鉴定

摘　　要：目的:研究血水草中的生物碱。方法:采用硅胶柱层析和重结晶进行分离纯化,并根据波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从血水草的乙醇提取物中分离纯化得到8个生物碱,分别鉴定为:(1)白屈菜红碱、(2)血根碱、(3)二氢血根碱、(4)二氢白屈菜红碱、(5)6-丙酮基二氢血根碱、(6)6-甲氧基二氢白屈菜红碱、(7)6-羟甲基二氢血根碱、(8)原阿片碱。结论:化合物(3~7)为首次在血水草中分离得到。Objective： To study the alkaloids from Eomecn chionantha. Methods： The alkaloids were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization, and the structures were elucidated based on the spectral data. Results： A total of 8 alkaloids were obtained from the fraction of ethanol extract and identified as（1）chelerythrine,（2）sangunarine,（3）dihydrosangunarine,（4）dihydrochelerythrine,（5）6-acetonyldihydrosangunari Ne,（6）6-methoxyldihydrochelerythrine,（7）6-hydroxymethyldihydrosanguinarine, and（8）protopine. Conclusion：Compounds（ 3-7） are isolated from Eomecn chionantha for the first time.
