摘 要:目的:研究血水草中的生物碱。方法:采用硅胶柱层析和重结晶进行分离纯化,并根据波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从血水草的乙醇提取物中分离纯化得到8个生物碱,分别鉴定为:(1)白屈菜红碱、(2)血根碱、(3)二氢血根碱、(4)二氢白屈菜红碱、(5)6-丙酮基二氢血根碱、(6)6-甲氧基二氢白屈菜红碱、(7)6-羟甲基二氢血根碱、(8)原阿片碱。结论:化合物(3~7)为首次在血水草中分离得到。Objective: To study the alkaloids from Eomecn chionantha. Methods: The alkaloids were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization, and the structures were elucidated based on the spectral data. Results: A total of 8 alkaloids were obtained from the fraction of ethanol extract and identified as(1)chelerythrine,(2)sangunarine,(3)dihydrosangunarine,(4)dihydrochelerythrine,(5)6-acetonyldihydrosangunari Ne,(6)6-methoxyldihydrochelerythrine,(7)6-hydroxymethyldihydrosanguinarine, and(8)protopine. Conclusion:Compounds( 3-7) are isolated from Eomecn chionantha for the first time.
