针药并用治疗女性膀胱过度活动症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析针药并用治疗脾肾两虚型女性膀胱活动症的临床疗效。方法:以脾肾两虚型女性膀胱过度活动症患者为研究对象,观察针药并用(电针针刺中髎穴和三阴交穴配合口服苓芍枣仁配方颗粒)治疗、西药阳性药物(酒石酸托特罗定缓释片)两种不同治疗方案对研究对象OABSS评分的改善情况,分析针药并用法治疗的临床疗效。结果:治疗14 d后,两组OABSS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而尿急症状评分、生命质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗28 d后,两组OABSS评分、尿急症状评分、生命质量评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药并用治疗脾肾两虚型女性膀胱活动症,可以显著改善患者OABSS评分,改善患者的生活质量。Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with herbal medicine in treating cases of female overactive bladder syndrome with spleen and kidney deficiency. Methods： The female overactive bladder patients with spleen and kidney deficiency were divided into two groups, one group was treated with the combination of acupuncture and medicine [electroacupuncture at Zhongliao point（BL33） and Sanyinjiao point（SP6） combined with oral Lingshao Zaoren Formula Granules（苓芍枣仁配方颗粒） ], and another group was treated with Western medicine positive drug（Tolterodine Tartrate Sustained Release Tablets）. The improvement of the OABSS score of two groups were observed to analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine treatment. Results： After 14 days of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in OABSS scores between two groups（P 0.001）, and there were no statistical difference between the score of urgency symptoms and the quality of life（P〈0.05）. After 28 days of treatment, there were significant differences in OABSS score, urgency symptom score and life quality score between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine formula on overactive bladder syndrome in women can significantly improve the OABSS score and improve the quality of life of patients.
