医联体内社区中医医务人员对政府行为满意度的调查

摘　　要：目的:了解医联体内社区中医医务人员对政府关于中医在社区推广所采取行为的满意情况。方法:对B市开展医联体的社区中医医务人员进行问卷调查,采用因子分析法提取主要成分,并对不同医联体类型、职称和岗位的中医医务人员的满意度进行综合分析。结果:社区中医医务人员对医保、宣传和政策比较满意,对医疗价格则相对不满意;松散型医联体、中级职称和从事护理和公共卫生医生满意度较低。结论:政府应继续发挥政府对社区中医药的政策推动和保障作用,加强松散型医联体内核心医院与社区卫生机构的上下联动,适当提升社区中医服务收费价格,提升社区中医的医疗服务能力。Objective： To investigate the satisfaction of the Chinese medical staff in the community for the development of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） measures taken by the government in the medical alliance.Methods： A questionnaire survey was carried out among Chinese medical staffs in the community which joined the medical alliance in B city. The main components were extracted by factor analysis, and the satisfaction of TCM staff with different type, titles and professional of the medical alliance was comprehensively analyzed. Results： TCM staffs were satisfied with the policy, health care and advocacy. However, they were unsatisfied with the price of community Chinese medicine service. There was a low level of satisfaction among the loose medical alliance, primary title and nursing and public health doctors. Conclusion： The government should continue to play its role in promoting and guaranteeing the policy of community Chinese medicine, strengthen the linkage between core hospitals and community health institutions in loose medical consortia, properly raise the fee price of community Chinese medicine service, and enhance the medical service ability of community Chinese medicine.
