摘  要:以涡轮转子叶片为研究对象,进行射线CR成像试验。针对叶片榫头CR成像检测中出现的边蚀散射问题,采用钨酸钠粉末对散射线进行吸收,取得了良好的散射防护效果。针对涡轮叶片叶身厚度变化大, CR成像需多次透照完成叶身检测的问题,采用补偿液厚度补偿的透照方法,减小了叶身各区域成像灰度差,增加了一次透照范围。从图像灰度、像质计灵敏度、不清晰度和信噪比等方面进行了CR图像质量评价。The turbine rotor blade was taken as the research object, and the X-Ray imaging of turbine blade was performed by means of computed radiography (CR). Aiming at solving the problem of edge etching scattering effect for CR of blade rabbet, the scattered X-ray was absorbed by the sodium tungstate dihydrate powder, and a good scattering protection effect has been obtained. For the blade body with large thickness variation, it is necessary to complete the inspection with multiple exposures, however, in the paper, the liquid thickness compensation method was used for exposure, which reduced the gray scale difference in different regions of the blade body, and increased the inspection range. The CR image quality was evaluated according to the gray scale of image, sensitivity of image quality indicator, unsharpness and signal to noise ratio (SNR).
