摘  要:将稀土元素钇加入到30Cr13铸造马氏体不锈钢中,探讨其对试验钢高温抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,添加0.034%的稀土钇元素可以增强氧化膜的稳定性,提高试验钢的高温抗氧化性能。但随着稀土钇含量的增加,试验钢高温氧化试样表面出现了岛状氧化物凸起,造成抗氧化性能的降低。在本试验条件下,合适的稀土钇添加量应不大于0.034%。Rare earth element Y was added to 30Crl3 cast martensitic stainless steel, and the effect of Y element on the high temperature oxidation resistance of the experimental steel was investigated. The results show that the addition of 0.034wt% rare earth Y element can enhance the stability of the oxide film and improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of the experimental steel. However, with the increase of rare earth Y content in the steel, the island-shaped oxide protrusions appeared on the surfaces of the high-temperature oxidation test specimens of the experimental steels, resulting in a decrease for the oxidation resistance. Under the experimental conditions, the appropriate amount of rare earth Y in the experimental steel should be no more than 0.034wt%.
