摘  要:发动机缸体铸铁件是铸造领域典型的复杂结构件,其浇注系统的设计普遍依赖于工人经验,工艺可重复性差,造成新产品开发废品率高,浇冒口系统精确设计难。本研究以缸体铸铁件生产实践为依据,搜集整理缸体铸铁件典型案例30例,利用铸造企业大量工艺信息数据和成功生产经验,采用统计分析的研究方法,总结了浇注系统典型工艺与设计原则,揭示了缸体铸铁件浇注工艺参数的内在规律,为实现发动机缸体铸铁件浇注系统工艺数字化设计奠定了基础。这对提升缸体铸铁件铸造质量、推动铸造过程数字化和绿色化发展有着重大意义。The cylinder block casting is a typical complex structural part in foundry. The design of its gating system generally depends on experiences, lacking of necessary continuity and perfection. Based on the practical production of cylinder block castings, 30 examples of typical cases were collected, a great amount of information data and production experiences were utilized. Based on the statistical analysis method, the typical process and design principles of the gating system were summarized, and the inherent law of gating system process parameters for cylinder block castings were revealed, laying the foundation for the digital gating system design of engine cylinder block castings. This is of great significance for improving the casting quality of cylinder block castings and promoting the digitalization and greenization of casting process.
