摘　　要：介绍了CD3MWCuN超级双相不锈钢精炼工艺的研发与应用。通过分析CD3MWCuN超级双相不锈钢铸件制造过程关键点和难点,设计了合理的化学成分内控范围,确定了合理的冶炼工艺为中频炉熔炼加AOD精炼。制造出了优质的CD3MWCuN超级双相不锈钢铸件。The research and application of refining proces of CD3MWCuN super duplex stainless steels are introduced. By analyzing the key points and difficulties in the manufacturing process of CD3MWCuN super duplex stainless steel castings, the reasonable internal control range of the chemical composition is designed, and the reasonable smelting process of the super duplex stainless steel is determined, namely the medium frequency furnace smelting and AOD refining. The CD3MWCuN super duplex stainless steel castings of high quality were produced.
