摘 要:通过扫描电镜和能谱分析,对制动盘孔洞类铸造缺陷处进行分析,发现缺陷处存在Al、 Ca、 Si、 Mn、 Ba等元素,确认其为渣气孔缺陷。利用鱼骨分析法对渣气孔缺陷成因进行分析,对铸铁孕育工艺和型砂混砂工艺加以改进,采取使用Ca、 Al元素含量较低的孕育剂进行孕育处理,以及减少型砂含泥量来降低型砂水分的措施,有效减少了制动盘的渣气孔缺陷。By scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis of hole defects in the brake disc castings, it was revealed that the elements such as A1, Ca, Si, Mn and Ba existed in these defects, and these defects were identified as slag blowhole. The fish bone analysis method was used to analyze the causes of slag blowhole defect. Then, the inoculation process was improved by using inoculants with low Ca and AI elements, and the sand mixing process was improved by reducing the mud content in the molding sand to cut down the molding sand moisture. Those measures effectively reduced the slag blowhole defect in the brake disc castings.
