摘 要:该文从惯性参考系下宏观物体的惯性特征入手,通过惯性是能量的固有属性这一物理观点,引出电势能和磁场能惯性的概念并给出其表征方法。根据能量守恒定律,给出电势能与磁场能的等效转动惯量的计算方法,形成基于电力电子接口的储能系统惯性特征理论研究方法。在此基础上,以电池储能系统为例,论证储能电池本体及储能变流器的等效转动惯量计算方法。通过搭建储能系统仿真模型,对比不同控制方式下储能变流器等效转动惯量参与系统调频响应,并验证在虚拟同步发电机控制方式下的储能变流器及储能系统等效转动惯量计算方法的有效性。This paper started with inertia characteristic of macroscopic physics under the inertial reference system, and drew out the concept of inertia of potential energy and magnetic field energy, as well as the representation methods based on the physical point of view that inertia is the inherent property of energy. According to the law of conservation of energy, the calculation methods of the equivalent rotational inertia of the potential energy and magnetic field energy were given. The research method of inertial characteristics of energy storage system based on power electronic interface was theorized. Based on this theory, the battery energy storage system was applied to demonstrate the calculation method of the equivalent rotational inertia of the energy storage battery and the energy storage converter. By simulation models of energy storage system, the response of equivalent inertia of the energy storage converter participating frequency regulation was compared under different control strategies. The verification of the calculation method for the equivalent rotational inertia of the energy storage converter with virtual synchronous generator control strategy and the energy storage system was verified.
