摘 要:为抑制直流输电连续换相失败,该文分析了直流系统控制环节的动作逻辑,指出直流系统控制环节中低压限流器(voltage dependent current order limiter,VDCOL)启动电压波动剧烈且持续时间长,是造成直流输电连续换相失败及故障恢复过程偏长的重要原因。该文利用直流系统稳态特性方程,提出了一种基于低压限流器启动电压实时计算的控制方法。该方法能够得到变化缓慢的低压限流器启动电压,进而抑制直流输电连续换相失败。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建CIGRE HVDC标准测试模型对所提方法进行仿真测试。仿真结果表明,运用所提方法求得的低压限流器启动电压数值波动小,并且很快达到故障稳态,缩短了系统故障恢复时间,能够在一定程度上抑制直流输电连续换相失败。In order to suppress the continuous commutation failure of HVDC transmission, this paper analyzed the action logic of HVDC system control link, and pointed out that voltage dependent current order limiter(VDCOL) start voltage fluctuated violently and for a long time, which was the important reason causing the continuous commutation failure and the long fault recovery process of HVDC transmission. Based on the steady state characteristic equation of HVDC system, this paper presented a control method for real-time calculation of voltage dependent current order limiter start voltage. This method could get voltage dependent current order limiter start voltage with slow change, and then suppressed the continuous commutation failure. The CIGRE HVDC standard test model was built in PSCAD/EMTDC to simulate and test the proposed method. The simulation results show that, the numerical fluctuation of voltage dependent current order limiter start voltage obtained by the proposed method is small, and the fault state is quickly achieved, the system failure recovery time is shortened, and the continuous commutation failure can be restrained to a certain extent.
