摘 要:为了改善电能质量问题对双馈式风电机组(doubly-fed induction generator,DFIG)正常运行的影响,提出一种九开关变换器(nine-switch converter,NSC)电能质量调节器解决方案。在对NSC的数学模型、控制方式、动态调制比策略进行理论分析的基础上,建立NSC与2MW DFIG风电机组并网模型。设计典型非线性电力电子负荷产生的谐波电流以及各类公共连接点电网电压短路故障工况,分别对投入NSC时DFIG风电系统的主要参数和运行特性进行深入分析。NSC可灵活向电网并联注入相应的谐波补偿电流,维持电网电流的正弦波特性,NSC也可灵活地向电网串联注入相应的畸变补偿电压,维持DFIG机端电压的稳定,实现DFIG风电系统柔性故障穿越(flexible fault ride-through,FFRT)运行。仿真与实验研究结果验证NSC对治理DFIG风电系统综合电能质量和提升FFRT能力的有效性。Aiming at improving the power quality problems on the normal operation of doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG) wind turbine, this paper proposed a novel united power quality conditioner(UPQC) solution strategy based on nine-switch converter(NSC). The theoretical analysis of mathematical model, control method and dynamic modulation ratio algorithm, the simulation model of nine switch UPQC and 2 MW grid-connected DFIG wind power generation system were established. The harmonic current caused by typical non-linear power electronic load and grid voltage fault of point of common coupling(PCC) were designed to test the main parameters and operating characteristics of DFIG wind power generation system with nine switch UPQC. The NSC could parallel inject the harmonic compensation current flexibly to maintain the sine wave of grid current and could also serially inject the distortion compensation voltage to stabilize the DFIG terminal voltage, achieving the flexible fault ride-through(FFRT) operation of DFIG wind power system. The research results reveal the effectiveness of NSC on the improvement of comprehensive power quality and the FFRT capability of DFIG wind power generation system.
