摘 要:建立基于炉膛声波测温的水冷壁灰污系数在线测量模型,该模型引入炉膛设计沾污状态,作为实际运行中灰污系数监测计算的对比状态,提高了模型的准确性。该模型利用炉膛蒸发系统进出口工质参数确定水冷壁受热面吸热量;利用参考状态下声波测量截面烟气温度的标定结果,计算火焰辐射平均温度,根据火焰热辐射定律,实现了水冷壁灰污系数在线测量。该测量模型考虑煤粉喷嘴投用状况和燃烧器摆角的影响,因而适用于炉膛变工况运行。采用该模型观测一台300MW锅炉掺烧低灰熔点煤种过程中炉膛沾污状态的变化,结果表明,锅炉在掺烧低灰熔点易结焦煤种后,炉膛灰污系数不断下降,3h后污染状态保持相对稳定,灰污系数平均值从0.408下降到0.367,模型所得结论与锅炉实际运行状态一致。This paper presented a comprehensive approach of on-line monitoring of ash fouling in furnace waterwalls based on acoustic pyrometry. In this approach, the furnace reference state, considering ash fouling condition as known in typical operating conditions, was introduced as the contrast state in measurement of ash fouling in boiler operation, which was essential to measurement accuracy. Heat fluxes in furnace heating surface was computed from parameters of working fluids in evaporation system. The flame radiation temperature was obtained from acoustic pyrometry measurements revised with calibration results of flue gas temperature in furnace reference state. On-line monitoring of ash fouling in waterwalls ware finally accomplished with the heat radiation fundamental law. The measurement model takes into account the effect of operating condition of pulverized coal nozzles and the tilt angle of the burner, therefore it is suitable for variable operation of the furnace. The model was used to observe ash fouling intensity in a 300 MW boiler furnace when low ash fusion coal were blended, and it showed that the measurements of ash fouling factor decreases when the boiler blended with the low ash fusion coking coal, and it remains relatively stable after 3 hours of coal blending, the averaged fouling factor decrease from 0.409 to 0.367. The conclusions are consistent with both actual status of ash fouling in furnace and operational parameters of the boiler.
