摘 要:国内物理院系中多设有工科专业。但其发展易受限制,课程设置不合理,人才引进困难,科研工作难以展开进而影响人才培养。本文提出通过区别性人才引进、理工结合的课程体系设置、优化建设和合理利用科研平台等措施,促进物理院系中工科专业建设和人才培养的健康发展。Many engineering programs exist in the physics department in Chinese universities. But the development of the engineering programs is restricted by many masons, such as, the courses, the difficulties in importing teachers and scientific research. These problems have caused the poor education quality of the undergraduates. This paper puts forward the corresponding solution. For example, discriminating talent introduction; combination of technology in cmficulum provision. We hope to promote the health development of the engineering programs in the physics department by these approaches.
