摘  要:基于卫星遥感热红外观测、钻孔倾斜和电磁扰动前兆观测的良好效果,论述卫星热红外与倾斜电磁结合地震前兆立体综合监测系统初步设想及可行性初步研究,阐述了系统的建设思路和技术构成,进行了系统创新点和技术难点分析,结论为该系统建设可行,具有良好地震预测效果。Taking the good effect of three Seismic Precursor Monitoring Method . e. g. satellite thermal infrared remote sensing, borehole incline and electromagnetic disturbance into account, this paper developed a preliminary study on design and feasibility of a integrated stereo seismic precursor monitoring system based on satellite thermal infrared sensing and electromagnetic tilt instruments. The design idea and technological construction were also detailed in this paper, with innovations and difficulties fully analyzed. The conclusion was that the construction of such a seismic precursor monitoring system was practicable, and good earthquakes prediction effectiveness can be expected through the system.
