摘  要:针对1 000 MW超超临界机组泛热值煤掺烧工况,提出了泛热值修正技术,优化BTU回路,实现了控制系统对机组热值变化的快速响应,同时针对煤种热值波动时机组带载能力的变化,提出了对RUNBACK保护回路的优化。实践证明,该策略的应用改善了冷热值工况下机组掺烧的适应能力和灵活性,机组运行的安全性和可靠性得到了提高。Aiming at blended combustion condition of general calorific heat value coal in 1 000 MW ultra-su-percritical units,the paper propose general calorific heat value modification technology for BTU circuit opti-mization to achieve a fast response to calorific value changes in the units;in the meantime,based on the unitload capacity changes in the case of coal calorific value fluctuations,RUNBACK circuit optimization is pro-posed. The practice shows that the strategy improves adaptability and flexibility of blended combustion underheat and cold value condition,which thereby improves operation safety and reliability of the units.
