摘  要:探讨了我国北方居住建筑阳台发展的趋势。利用EnergyPlus软件模拟分析天津市居住建筑阳台能耗。为降低建筑能耗、获得最舒适的室内热环境,分别从阳台进深、分隔方式和平面形式三方面改进阳台的形态设计。最后以降低建筑能耗、节约自然资源为目的,提出我国北方居住建筑阳台优化设计方案。The development trend of residential balcony in northern China is discussed. EnergyPlussoftware is applied to simulate the energy consumption of balconies in residential buildings in Tianjin. Inorder to reduce the energy consumption of buildings and obtain the most comfortable indoor thermalenvironment, the form design of the balcony is improved from three aspects of balcony depth, separationmode and plane form respectively. In order to reduce the energy consumption of buildings and conservenatural resources, this paper proposes the optimal design plan of balconies for residential buildings innorthern China.
