摘 要:利用一种自制的脱硝催化剂磨损强度模拟试验装置,对进口、国产蜂窝式催化剂和波纹式催化剂进行了耐磨损性能对比试验研究。研究结果表明:在3种设定的试验条件下,波纹式催化剂的磨损强度均明显弱于蜂窝式催化剂;进口和国产蜂窝式催化剂均表现出基本一致的变化趋势,进口和国产蜂窝式催化剂的耐磨损性能没有显著差异。在高含尘的烟气条件下,国产蜂窝式催化剂耐磨损性能要稍优于进口蜂窝式催化剂。The comparative trial of abrasion performance of imported honeycomb catalyst, domestic honeycomb catalyst and corrugated catalyst were done by using a simulated testing device. The results showed that the ab- rasion strength of corrugated catalyst was significantly weaker than the honeycomb catalyst in the three different of experimental conditions. The results also indicated that the imported and domestic honeycomb catalyst had a similar testing trend and there was no marked difference on the abrasion performance of imported and domestic honeycomb catalyst. In the high fly ash operating conditions, the abrasion performance of domestic honeycomb catalyst was better than that of imported honeycomb catalyst.
