摘　　要："平进平出"直通式布袋除尘器以清灰压力低、压损小、滤袋寿命长在除尘领域得到广泛的应用,但除尘器袋区存在流场分布不均匀、布袋局部风速高冲刷滤袋的现象,利用CFD软件对内部流场进行模拟,在袋区增加导流装置后不仅使进入布袋区域的平均速度减小,同时使进入各袋室的流量偏差减小,为直通式布袋除尘器的结构改进提供了依据。Straight - through flow bag filter has been widely used in the field of dust removal because of low clear ash pressure, low pressure loss and long life of filter bag, but there is the phenomenon of airflow uneven distri- bution and high speed wind washout filter bag inner of the bag filter. The article uses CFD to simulate the flow field inner bag filter, increases guiding device to make the average velocity into bag decrease, at the same time make the flow deviation of each bag area reduce, providing a basis for the improvement of the structure of the straight- through flow bag filter.
