摘 要:烟气深度余热回收与湿烟羽消除需利用外界冷媒水带走烟气中大量水蒸汽潜热成为烟气系统余热回收的主要矛盾,烟气冷凝水需配套水处理系统,造成烟气余热浪费和水资源回收难度大。烟道开式吸收热泵主要由吸收器和再生器组成,吸收剂与烟气在吸收器中逆流传质传热变为稀吸收剂,稀吸收剂在再生器中利用原烟气显热再生为浓吸收剂,可同时回收原烟气显热和净烟气水分。对某600 MW电厂进行了该工艺模拟,原烟气温度由170℃降至125℃,释放热量为42. 19 MW,再生所需热量不够部分由汽机抽气补充。稀吸收剂蒸出蒸汽温度为117℃,将其冷凝至65℃,可将热网水或低加凝结水加热至87℃,采暖期再生所需热能80. 66 MW,向热网输出热能为132.12 MW,COP为1. 638,非采暖期,再生热能84. 52 MW,向凝结水输送热量为148. 26 MW,COP为1. 754,可提高机组效能。采暖期和非采暖期回收烟气水分均大于30%,此部分冷凝水可用于工艺补水。该技术有效解决电厂烟气深度低温余热和烟气水分的回收之间的矛盾。Flue gas deep waste heat recovery and wet plume elimination need to use the external refrigerant water to take away a large amount of water vapor latent heat in the flue gas to become the main contradiction of flue gas system waste heat recovery, flue gas condensate needs to be equipped with a water treatment system, which cause waste of waste heat and make it difficult to recover water resources. The flue open absorption heat pump is mainly composed of an absorber and a regenerator, and the absorbent and the flue gas are transferred to the absorber in the countercurrent mass transfer heat transfer to become a dilute absorbent, and the dilute absorbent is regenerated in the regenerator by the original flue gas. The absorbent can simultaneously recover the original sensible heat of the flue gas and the net flue gas moisture. The process simulation was carried out on a 600 MW power plant, the original flue gas temperature was reduced from 170℃ to 125℃, and the heat released was 42.19 MW. The insufficient heat required for regeneration was partially replenished by the turbine. The dilute absorbent is steamed to a temperature of 117℃ and condensed to 65℃. The hot net water or low condensed water can be heated to 87℃. The heat energy required for regeneration during the heating period is 80.66 MW, and the heat output to the heat network is 132.12 MW. The COP is 1. 638. During the non - heating period, the regenerative heat energy is 84.52 MW. The heat transfer to the condensate is 148.26 MW and the COP is 1. 754, which can improve the unit efficiency. The moisture of the flue gas recovered during the heating period and the non - heating period is more than 30%, and this part of the condensed water can be used for the process hydration. The technology effectively solves the contradiction between the low temperature residual heat of the power plant flue gas and the recovery of the flue gas moisture.
