摘　　要：外泌体是一种由细胞分泌的细胞外囊泡,具有脂质双分子层结构,内含多种细胞特异的脂质、核酸及蛋白质等,参与细胞间通讯,在多种病理生理过程中起重要作用。近年来,外泌体成为研究的热点,随着研究的深入,外泌体在心血管疾病中的作用受到广泛关注。现就外泌体的结构功能特点以及在心血管病诊疗中的研究情况做一综述。Exosomes are one type of lipid bilayer vesicles secreted into extracellular space by most types of cells.Exosomes carry biological cargos derived from their parent cells including RNA/DNA,lipids,proteins and others.Exosomes participate in cell-to-cell communication and play important roles in various pathophysiological processes.In recent years,exosomes have become an issue in research now.As researches continue,roles of exosomes on cardiovascular diseases have received widespread attention.The paper gives an overall introduction of exosomes structure,function and research status on the treatment and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
