摘  要:冠状动脉微血管疾病是由冠状动脉微循环结构和/或功能异常,引起心绞痛或心肌缺血客观证据的临床综合征。冠状动脉微血管疾病可引起心肌微循环水平的缺血,导致心室复极异常,出现复极时程及复极不均一性的增加,复极储备的降低,进而增加恶性心律失常的发生风险。QT间期、QT离散度等心电学复极参数的改变可评价冠状动脉微血管疾病对心室复极的损害。现就冠状动脉微血管疾病对心室复极的影响做一综述。Coronary microvascular disease(CMVD)is a clinical syndrome characterized by angina or objective evidence of ischemia,and it is caused by the structural and/or functional abnormities of coronary microcirculation.CMVD might cause ischemia of myocardial microcirculation and result in disorders of ventricular repolarization.CMVD would increase the repolarization time course,the heterogeneity of repolarization and reduce the repolarization reserve,thereby increasing the risk of malignant ventricular arrhythmia.The changes of a few electrocardiographic parameters such as QT interval and QT dispersion could be used to evaluate the impairment of CMVD to ventricular repolarization.This article will review the impact of CMVD on ventricular repolarization.
