摘  要:MicroRNA是一类单链非编码小分子RNA,其作用是抑制靶信使的转录和翻译,其中microRNA-1是其家族中的一员,主要在心脏中表达。在心肌细胞的多种病理状态下,microRNA-1可以通过转录调节各种离子通道和心肌电活动来参与心律失常的发生。现就microRNA-1与多种心律失常的关系进行综述。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of small noncoding RNAs that play a role by inhibiting the transcription and translation of target messenger.MicroRNA-1(miR-1)is a member of its family,which is the most abundant miRNA expressed in the heart.In a variety of pathological states of cardiomyocytes,miR-1 can participate in the initiation of arrhythmias by regulating various ion channels and electrical activities of the myocardium.Here,we review the relationship between miR-1 and arrhythmia.
