摘　　要：左房应变及应变率是一种通过斑点追踪技术测量并评价心肌功能的指标,采用非多普勒无角度依赖性的方法反复测量左房形变程度的新技术。近年来,随着超声技术的发展,与左房应变及应变率相关的临床研究数据在快速增加。现阐述左房应变及应变率的主要特点,并对斑点追踪技术在评估心房颤动的进展风险、左房纤维化、左房损伤、心源性栓塞风险量化及心脏电复律或射频导管消融后复发风险量化等多方面的应用进展做一综述。Left atrial strain and strain rate are indicators of measurement and evaluation of myocardial function via speckle tracking echocardiography.Measurements are often repeated using non-Doppler non-angle methods and a new technique that looks at the degree of left atrial deformation.In recent years,with the development of ultrasound technology,clinical data regarding the left atrial strain and strain rate are rapidly improving.The main features of left atrial strain and strain are described,as well as the spot heart tracking technique used to address the progression of atrial fibrillation,left atrial fibrosis,left atrial injury,and cardiac embolic risk quantification.This review describes the application progress in the quantification of the risk of recurrence after recurrent or radiofrequency ablation.
