摘　　要：难治性高血压一直是心血管专家关注的重点。其概念和定义存在着争议,但由于难治性高血压发病的人群、病因、病理生理学机制和预后存在特殊性,虽然它是一个治疗学概念,但各大指南认为临床应该给予难治性高血压足够的重视,以达到对高血压患者更加全面的控制和靶器官保护。现针对难治性高血压及其非介入治疗方法的进展进行简要综述。Resistant hypertension has always been the focus of cardiologists.Its concept and definition are controversial,but the population,pathogeny,pathophysiology mechanism and prognosis of resistant hypertension are special.Although it is a therapeutic concept,the major guidelines suggest that cardiologists should pay more attention on resistant hypertension,in order to achieve more comprehensive control and target organ protection for hypertensive patients.This article briefly reviews the progress of resistant hypertension and its non-interventional therapy.
