摘  要:目前用于测量主动脉根部的主要方法有超声心动图、计算机体层成像血管造影及心脏磁共振成像,超声心动图可获得性高,但测量角度受限且易低估真实水平,计算机体层成像血管造影结合心电门控技术可在极短时间获得可靠图像,但后期重建人为因素的加入导致结果偏倚,心脏磁共振成像也可结合心电门控技术进行心脏及大血管的测量,逐渐被广泛接受。主动脉根部测量尚无一致标准,国内也无参考数据,主要为主动脉窦直径、主动脉窦高度、冠状动脉开口高度的测量。主动脉根部形态结构数据涉及经导管主动脉瓣置换术、主动脉窦破裂封堵术、冠状动脉开口病变支架精确定位等,故应重视主动脉根部的测量。Presently,there are three common ways to measure the aortic root, and that are echocardiography(ECG),computed tomography and magnetic resonance image.ECG is the most available,but it has been proven that ECG can underestimate the actual diameter of the aortic root.CT combined with ECG-gated technology can get reliable images in a short time,but bias may be introduced because of the artificial reconstruction.Cardiac magnetic resonance image can also combine with ECG-gated technology and conduct the measurement of cardiac and great vessels.There are not consensus criteria and reference data of the measurement of aortic root.The morphology and structure data of aortic root is associated with transcatheter aortic valve replacement,the treatment of sinus of valsalva aneurysms and the accurate placement of stent in ostium of coronary artery.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance into the measurement of aortic root.
