摘  要:内皮细胞微颗粒是多种细胞激活、损伤或凋亡时,细胞膜脱落产生的直径在0. 5~1. 0μm的膜性小囊泡。研究表明内皮细胞微颗粒与内皮功能障碍的关系密切,在介导内皮细胞引起的炎症反应、凝血反应、内皮舒张功能、新生血管生成和内皮细胞凋亡等方面均发挥重要作用。内皮细胞微颗粒与多种心血管疾病密切相关,有可能成为多种心血管疾病不同发展阶段的重要生物标志物,并为临床诊断和治疗心血管疾病提供新靶点。Endothelial microparticles(EMPs)are a variety of small cell vesicles with 0.5~1.0 μm in diameter,which are produced by cell membrane detachment during cell activation,injury or apoptosis.Studies have shown that EMPs are closely related to endothelial dysfunction,and play an important role in the mediation of endothelial cell-induced inflammatory response,coagulation,endothelial function,angiogenesis and endothelial cell apoptosis.EMPs,which are closely related to many cardiovascular diseases,may become important biomarkers in different stages of cardiovascular disease and provide new targets for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
