摘　　要：支架替代大隐静脉移植血管应用于非左前降支血管病变,从而使左内乳动脉-左前降支旁路手术以更少、更有限的创伤完成,冠状动脉血运重建杂交手术可能是"两全其美"。Stent replacement of saphenous vein grafts was applied to non-left anterior descending coronary artery lesions allowing the left internal mammary artery-left anterior descending coronary artery bypass to be performed through a limited and less traumatic approach.Therefore,hybrid coronary revascularization potentially offers the “best of both worlds”.
