摘　　要：以太原市水西关街改造道排工程项目为例,分析了大管径顶管施工的应急措施,研究了工序施工方法及质量控制措施,总结了顶管施工的质量保证措施,该研究对大管径顶管施工具有一定的参考意义。Taking the reconstruction road engineering project in Shuixiguan Street of Taiyuan City, the emergency measures in construction of big diameter pipe jacking is analyzed, the process of construction methods, quality control measures and quality assurance measures are summarized. The research has a certain reference meaning for the construction technology of large diameter pipe jacking.
