摘　　要：在住宅区内进行旧楼改建,施工上存在与其他建筑施工不同之处,比如:作业面、周围环境、施工方法的变更等,分析了某一住宅楼改建过程中,针对以上特点采取的各种措施,对其他类似建筑的施工,有一定的参考意义。The old buildings reconstruction in a residential area has much difference with others construction, for example ： work plane, surrounding environment, construction method＇ s alter and so on. This paper analyzes the various measures according to the above characteristics, in the process of a certain residential building＇ s reconstruction, it has certain reference significant for other＇ s similar buildings＇ construction.
