摘  要:国内城市综合管廊建设政策环境的持续改善以及资金投入的不断加大,为城市管廊提供了良好的社会环境。此外,BIM可视化仿真等新技术的引入为综合管廊工程的发展带来了新契机。通过阐述综合管廊的建设意义以及国家政策层面推进综合管廊的建设情况,结合BIM可视化仿真新技术的技术优势,以某城市综合管廊项目为应用案例,将Revit作为平台基础,解决了设计过程中的城市综合管廊管线布置、协同设计、工程量统计、数字化管理等重点难点问题,充分体现了BIM可视化仿真技术综合管廊工程中的应用价值,并取得了较好效果,可为同类工程提供有益参考。The continuous improvement of the policy environment for the construction of comprehensive urban corridors in China and the continu- ous increase in capital investment have provided a good social environment for urban corridors. In addition, the introduction of new technologies such as BIM visual simulation has brought new opportunities for the development of integrated pipeline projects. The article elaborates the significance of the construction of a comprehensive pipeline and promotes the construction of integrated pipelines at the national policy level. Combined with the technological advantages of BIM' s visual simulation technology, the project uses an integrated pipeline project in a city as an application ease, and uses Revit as a platform basis to solve the problem. In the process of designing, key issues such as pipeline layout, collaborative de- sign, project volume statistics, and digital management of the integrated pipeline corridors in cities. The article fully embodies the application value of the BIM visual simulation technology in the overall pipeline project, and has achieved good results, which can provide useful reference for similar projects.
