摘 要:利用BioWin软件对某炼油污水厂生化段O/O工艺进行模拟。校正后的模型可较好反映该工艺的运行情况:出水COD、TN、NO_3-N和NH_3-N的模拟值和实测值的相关系数均在0.801~1。针对现有的生化工艺对TN脱除效果较差,需要对其进行改进以形成具有TN脱除功能的A/O工艺。利用BioWin软件模拟A/O工艺,考察了DO、MLSS和硝化液回流比对出水的影响。在最优工艺条件下,出水COD和TN去除率分别提高3.12%和36%,可有效降低污染物浓度。Software BioWin was employed to simulate the wastewater treatment biochemical section(O/O process)of a refinery factory. The calibrated model could reflect the operation of the processproperly: the correlation coefficients between simulated and measured values of effluent COD, TN, NO 3-N and NH 3-N were between 0.801 and 1. The current biochemical process was inefficient for TN removal. Therefore, it was necessary to improve it to form an A/O process with TN removal function. By using BioWin software to simulate A/O process, the effect of DO, MLSS and internal recycle on effluent quality was investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the removal rate of effluent COD and TN increased by 3.12% and 36%, respectively, which could effectively reduce the concentration of pollutants.
