摘 要:为解决成品油库含油污水处理后COD不达标的问题,搭建臭氧催化氧化固定床反应器,考察了臭氧催化氧化法深度处理成品油库含油污水的处理效果及其影响因素。实验结果表明:在臭氧催化剂用量为100 g/L污水、臭氧投加量0.3 L/min、废水p H 8.0、反应时间100 min的优化工艺条件下,COD去除率可达88.0%;处理后出水COD降至89 mg/L,满足GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中一级标准COD≤100 mg/L的排放要求。To solve the problem that the COD in product oil depot wastewater couldn′t meet the product oil depot emissionstandard, a fixed bed reactor with ozonation catalysts was constructed and the factors that influenced the treatment effect of the oily wastewater were studied. The results showed that the highest removal rate of COD reached 88.0% when catalysts dosage, ozone dosage, wastewater pH, reaction time were set at 100 g/L, 0.3 L/min, 8.0, 120min, respectively. At the above conditions, the effluent COD was 89 mg/L,which could meet the requirement in GB8978-1996.
