摘 要:为探讨工艺条件对亚硫酸钠产品中杂质硫酸盐含量的影响,制定亚硫酸钠产品中硫酸盐含量的控制方案,以废碱液为吸收剂,利用亚硫酸和CO2模拟WSA装置含硫废气,研究了重灰母液吸收含硫废气的工艺过程,发现采用重灰母液处理WSA装置含硫废气能够副产亚硫酸钠产品。进一步研究表明,吸收完成后维持溶液pH值≤4.30,后续加碱中和工艺维持溶液pH值≤6.10,可以有效控制亚硫酸钠产品中的游离碱含量。研究成果为WSA装置含硫废气和废碱液的综合治理提供了新的研究思路和理论依据。This paper studiesthe effects of different process conditions on the sulfate content of impurities in sodium sulfiteproducts,and formulates a control scheme for sulfate content in sodium sulfite products. Waste lye was used as the absor-bent,and the sulfur-containing waste gas of WSA device was simulated by sulfurous acid and CO2. The process of absorb-ing sulfur-containing waste gas from heavy ash mother liquor was studied. The study found that the use of heavy ash mother liquor to treat waste gas containing sulfur from WSA device can produce sodium sulfite by-product. Further research results show that after the absorption is completed,pH value of the solution is maintained to be less than or equal to 4.30,and the subsequent addition of alkali and neutralization process maintains that the pH valueof the solution is less than or equal to 6.10,which can effectively control the content of free alkali in the sodium sulfite product. The research results provide new research ideas and a theoretical basis for the comprehensive treatment of waste gas containing sulfur from WSA device withwaste alkali liquor.
