摘 要:随着东海勘探开发的深入,多个低孔渗气田被发现并投入开发,但由于储层孔隙度渗透率低,易被钻完井液污染,前期应用PRD等无固相钻开液,起到较好的储层保护效果,但钻井液无法直接转为完井液,完井后需要破胶,易因漏失造成储层污染,针对这类低孔渗储层优选出一套新型钻/完井液一体化体系,该体系在50~160℃情况下均具有较好的流变性、滤失性能和储层保护能力,并在东海某区块的6口井8-3/8″(212.725 mm)水平段的钻进中进行了现场应用。应用结果表明,该钻完井液一体化体系具有良好的流变性、抗温性和携砂能力,且API滤失量低,储层保护能力强,能够满足现场作业的施工要求。该体系在东海低孔渗油气田的成功应用,为东海低孔渗油气田的高效开发提供了技术支撑,可在海上水平井钻井作业中推广应用。With the exploration and development depth of low porosity and permeability gas fields in the east China sea,many low porosity and permeability reservoirs were developed. Through laboratory test,a set of solid-free drilled-in fluid was selected optimally,which has good rheological property,filtration property and reservoir protection capability under50~160℃. The system was used into a blocks of six wells8-3/8 "horizontal section of drilling in the East China Sea. The results show that the drilled-in fluid system has good rheology,temperature resistance and carrying capacity,low API fil-tration and strong reservoir protection capability,which meets the construction requirements of field operations. The solid-free drill-in fluid has a successful application of low porosity and permeability gas field in the East China Sea,which pro-vides technical support for the efficient development of low porosity and permeability gas field in the East China Sea,and can promote the use of horizontal wells in offshore drilling operations.
